I was trying to find a substitute for TuneShell, which became no longer functional after the iOS 10 update. I have tried several other equalizers and even paid for some that were quite disappointing, until now! This equalizer has got to be, by far, THE best for use, to connect my iPad to my stereo system, hardware and Bluetooth. The sound is not stifled at all. The fidelity is excellent even at low volume. My hope is that the quality of this equalizer stays the same with every iOS update, and with every ui update. This will definitely be my primary app to listen to my music. Great work to all involved in creating this equalizer!!!

I have found no way at all to actually download a song

I have, thanks to you, learned how to create effective opposite or "mirror" curves of hearing test curves. My wife, who has had physically damaged ear drums for 20 years, is excited and overjoyed at the difference EQUALIZER, with your help, has made in her ability to enjoy music again. Your willingness to so thoroughly and quickly help me truly is the shining exception in our present age of shoddy service and product quality.

No matter what headphones, this app makes me thumping. This is the app all others have to measure up to. Crank the bass and enjoy the vibrations!!

Complex and simple. You decide. Playing music is as simple as in the music app. But here, you can adjust the sound and it never sounds bad! Move the pointers around and youll quickly hear the difference. Not sure if I get a watch so I dont know how that new feature works. Overall, a good app you should invest time in.

I wanted to update my review because an update was just released to fix some minor bugs. I still use this app daily and am loving it as much as the first day I experienced it. If sound quality and the ability to fine tune adjust every aspect of the parameters of your music are your goals, I highly recommend you download this app now. I have always been disappointed with the sound system in my car, but after installing this app and tweaking to my liking it sounds just as good as high end systems with DSP. Apple dropped the ball by not integrating an equalizer for the iPhone like they have in iTunes, but this app bridges the gap. Headphones sound worlds better too. I have tried many other equalizer apps and none come close to this. Definitely worth the cost that it is.

This app was trouble free for several years. And then in mid 2015, it started acting up. Now play lists, artist, songs, you name it! Are all jacked up!!! So Im giving it two stars only because of history, but todays review would be one star at best!

Well go an automatic update to fix bugs (that I didnt know I had) and got multiple bugs - selecting Artist then selecting the artist I want to listen too kicks you back to "A" in the Artist list - that make me want not only stop using Equalizer but un install it!

Used this app around four years and tried at least 3 others. Destroys the iTunes music app. Its pretty incredible how this app really opens up the music as if it had previously been trapped and muffled in a cardboard box. My only criticism would be the interface navigation can be a bit cumbersome. Small price to pay for the sound quality. I will say the support team are always responsive and open to new ideas. iTunes music app = cassette tape Equalizer app = cd quality and then some.

Please remove the Audioforge banner from startup screen. One time is okay but not for every time whenever I open this app. This is a fantastic audio player. But I am sorry cause showing Audioforge Bannner every time bother me a lot :(

GREAT equalizer, there is no issue with that but PLEASE add the feature to where I can open other MP3 files in the app. I have music in onedrive and I want to use the equalizer on those songs. PLEASE ADD!!!!!

Let me first say that this app is absolutely awesome. It makes any quality recording sound better and is very easy to use. Best of all is that the support is phenomenal. I ran into a stumbling block late Saturday evening, I emailed support, and received an answer within three minutes. Unbelievable! I cant recall what I paid for this app or what it costs now, but I can guarantee you that its worth every penny.

Works great as an equalizer, but the search by album doesnt seem to work, minor inconvenience but thats the main way I look up my music

Over all this app for iPhone is awesome and makes my car sound like never before , but really needs to update Apple watch version so we can choose a song to play and adjust the volume through the equalizer Apple watch app. (Please update ) Please update Apple Watch app version , so we can choose a any song to play threw the watch !!!

This improved the sound quality 100%. Highly recommend it.

not only not playing some (non-itunes store) albums, but not even showing albums with numeric titles. am gonna explore this app some more, but…ios 9 issue? whatever it is, it’s frustrating.

I rarely leave reviews for anything, but this is one of my go-to apps for Music on iOS. Once you get the leaves set, this app can really bring out the bass response in pretty much ANY set of headphones. You can very easily fine tune the frequency response, EQ curve, and dozens of other presets. Highly recommended to substitute the standard iOS EQ! I wish this app could work in its current form across all media within iOS, but this is an OS limitation, and a DRM issue. Otherwise, fantastic app, well worth the money, and highly reccomended!!!

A bit hard to navigate at first, but functionally this is the best EQ out there. And the support is second to none. I sent an email and received a response within minutes. Now if only Apple would allow third party apps to manage song ratings....
