Difficult to use and buggy, not worth the money or effort

I just got UE900s and decided I needed an EQ for good sound quality. I read reviews saying theres a steep learning curve, and boy should I have listened to that warning. The app is not user intuitive at all, its buggy as hell (freezes frequently when changing tracks), and the online manual is for a different version with very different UI, meaning that theres no way you can figure things out by reading. I asked for a refund and just got a runaround set of unending questions while avoiding refund. Not the best way to earn a customer seeing as this was the first ever app I decided to purchase
